The assembly and welding of the frame of the ring main unit is followed by the installation of internal components, including switch devices, busbars, grounding switches, protective devices, etc. Then, the ring main unit is subjected to running in testing, sealing plate welding and airtightness testing, as well as partial discharge testing and power frequency withstand voltage testing.
